Registration failed with code: 26 with Maya 2019 install

Issue:

When installing Maya 2019 via rpm utility, at the command for registering Maya serial number and the pit file, returns  error:
Registration failed with code: 26

Causes:

Error in the command line or executed Maya rpm command line sequence.
